Heartbreaking and beautiful. Definitely worked for me even though I hadn’t read the book and didn’t know the plot. Could have been witchier, I liked when it leaned into that.

Acting and cinematography were outstanding. Last scene was powerful. Only complaint is that it was very slow……..
