Good documentary for anyone interested in music.

FOR 50 YEARS I HAVE SEEN THESE GUYS NEVER REALLY KNOWING WHO THEY WERE! WELL WORTH WATCHING!

what a great and fun documentary about Sparks’ work and motivations. I always thought of them as a Pop band with (proto-)Punk/New Romantic aesthetics. This doc solidifies that thinking. Liked using their LPs/songs as chapters.\rThe doc seem to make a point of Sparks as a “musician band” - for whom mass success was challenging but similar artists would “get them” and it seems they did. And they if not mass appeal at least a solid ever-evolving fanbase.\rWhat resonates is the being in love with and wanting to do what you do (and being talented at it). And - the love of family.

Very interesting. Learned a great deal that I never knew prior.
