I enjoyed the fact that it is based on a true story and that although the story takes place in the 80's, the topics covered are very relevant today. The tory makes us question our law and order system and the tactics of our law enforcement as well as our consequences for crimes committed. The acting was superb and it shows that even a disfunction family has a committed heart to one another.

Great film and family dynamic while showing the desperation of low income America and the farce that is the war on drugs.

Great movie, would definitely watch it again.
