Stunning visuals. It was a strange, menacing, beautiful horror of a movie. What a great marriage of style and subject. Ultimately though, I think it was sort of content to tell a story of the perils of society's beauty standards, of jealousy and desire against the backdrop of maybe the most obvious example of those things. It never really reached for some greater themes or meanings. It just took it's story, told it very well, and went fucking nuts. Which was great, but it maybe lacked a layer of further depth or meaning. That said, the floating bondage scene was rapturous and probably my single favorite thing I've seen so far this year.

In an interesting movie!!

Very stylish movie. The scenes were so artistic especially with the music. The plot was very dark focusing on women's jealousy and struggles with self body image. Def worth seeing.
