Solid entry in the Wes Anderson catalogue, not a significant departure from his usual style. Liked it much better than The French Dispatch, felt it was about on par with Asteroid City. Not quite as good as either Grand Budapest Hotel or Moonrise Kingdom however.

Wes’s darkest and most thrilling movie. Sprawling to the point that it leaves itself vulnerable to imperfections but sincere and curious in a way I haven’t seen from Anderson yet. I loved it and will be thinking about it for some time.

This was a step back to classic Wes Anderson films. I enjoyed it a lot and there were lots of good moments like the basketball scene. Michael Cera stole every single scene he was in (in a great way). It was such a fun time and felt true to Wes Anderson's style while having a more cohesive narrative.
