This was such a fun, inventive, twisty summer movie -- it had a great balance of tension and twists to emotional weight but it also had surprising laughs to defuse the tension and good cast chemistry. John Cho gives a killer performance in this and the online framing device works really well with his ability to convey so much emotion even before dialogue. I loved seeing a film where an Asian-American family finally gets to be the typical American family and I plan on seeing this movie again!

the build up of the family relationship was well done and it worked right into the drama of the whole plot. the movie being set up through the use of the internet and and using the monitor as a visual helped to feel that you were part of the whole experience. The whole movie was exciting with the ever twisting plot and how the father saw clues and used not always knowing what the end result would be . Using the internet as a medium was put together well. Actors did a good job.

Thriller definitely a must see

It was a great movie. I would see it again. It’s so true how we can’t live without technology. We are always on social media. I loved it because it had a little bit of everything. At first I thought it wasn’t going to be good. But I was wrong I enjoyed it.
