The writing was excellent and funny.

People who love comedy movies will love this film.It was funny when the man lost his memory and the girl took advantage of him. But at the end, they fell in love.

It's predictable and silly, but I left the theater with a smile on my face and didn't feel like I'd wasted my time. Pure entertainment/fantasy/fun.
