It was interesting to learn about the background of Winni the Pouch. I thought the movie was well done, however, I could not get some of the British dialog.

I enjoyed the movie as it was interesting to learn the background behind the writing of the story of Winnie the Pooh. The actor who played little Christopher Robin was adorable.I did find it hard to empathize with the characters of AA Milne, and his wife. But as the movie was based on a true story, the characters had to stay true to their real life counterparts.

Excellent movie. We thought it was sad but had a happy ending. We liked the major themes of exploitation, reconciliation and dealing with Post Traumatic Disorder Syndrome. What I do not understand is why critics seemed, generally, to pan the movie. It was a great movie. We'll recommend it to others. We had a great time. Take care, Clyde & Lorraine Waltermate
