Slow start but finished strong

Enjoyed the movie. Tugged at my heart strings.Sometimes the camera angles were irritating. The car horn was loud and long after the accident; date thought it was unnecessary. I wanted a little more character development and depth. More (and REAL) boxing would have been nice, also.Overall it felt like watching most of an extraordinary comeback story.

Great acting by Miles Teller and I liked learning this was a true comeback story. Otherwise a bit fomulaic and Ciaran Hinds was miscast.

Dramatic portrayal of the standard underdog boxing movie. Great acting from all the cast. Direction was good. There were no faults. Story arc was very standard. Miles Teller did a fantastic job in his role.
