Overall an interesting premise that ultimately falls short of its potential due to a poor script and a saccharine Hollywood ending. The leads were great, as usual and the CGI high caliber. Now, if they could only fix the story...

It was an Okay movie. What I really liked was that the trailer didn't reveal too much of the movie plot.

I thought the movie was a bit dull in parts and kind of dragged a bit. The fake beard on Jim was very distracting. Why did Gus have so many things wrong with him? Had he made the trip more than once and the effects took a toll on his body? This really wasn't explained. I liked the Arnold character, it was good that he was there. Buy he was the only android on the whole ship? That didn't seem to make sense. Also, after being on the ship for however long Jim & Aurora didn't have kids?

I liked it. It was an enjoyable watch. Chris Pratt again shows he is worth the price of admission alone and Jennifer Lawrence is always great. The plot wasn't surprising as far as the main story goes: "He is going to wake her up, she will find out somehow because he won't tell her, she will hate him for it, they will come back together somehow." You could see that coming as soon as you realize he is the only one awake at first. But it was all very nice, and a cute last shot of their "farm ship"
