Really really liked, brought back memories of older romantic movies, where people were decent and respectful to each other.Great seeing DeNero play a gentleman trying to do the right thing as he sees it. Hathaway isn't a favorite (Catwoman? comon!), but loved her playing an honest kind human being trying her best to care for her business and family.Linda Lavin NEEDS more onscreen time!

Fantastic acting, some hilarious moments and some very emotional ones. The depth of emotion surprised me! A real commentary on life in the workplace today, the difference between generations and the difficulty of taking on a non traditional role.

Most of the film was clever and amusing. Everything concerning the business and relationship between the 2 main characters was enjoyable. The affair takes the film down a notch because of the way it is presented and the "Aw, shucks!" kiss and make up way it is resolved.
