I was expecting a fun popcorn movie and it delivered.

For sci fi and fantasy and horror and monster lovers.I'm not a monster loving person but I still really enjoyed the movie. Beautiful cinematography. Good writing. All monster had unique personalities. But hated - the "mansplaining" scene. The woman scientist tells everyone they are wrong about a key point - She is about to reveal info - the male lead jumps in and takes over :(

The human element was the weakest part of the film. The monsters were the best part. I believe if the film had any problems were that a lot of the fights were at night and the human family plot was a bit weak.

Great entertaining movie
