A jumbled mess of subtitles and inconsistent ideas

Had potential. Cavit and Hammer played roles well, but the movie was slow developing.

I greatly enjoyed the European locations and wardrobe, as well as the underlying premise of the movie. As a strong fan of the original series, however, I missed the chemistry of the original Napoleon and Ilya. Napoleon was really a mean jerk, and Ilya had no resemblance to the slightly built, complex personality of David McCallum.

It was just ok.
