It was great. A good depiction of a very sad, but true story. The main characters had substantial development for you to care about them and the cast was well chosen. The special effects were pretty amazing in that it looked realistic and captured how scary wild fires are... It was overwhelming at times. But, I also appreciated the moments of levity w/ some unexpected laughs and surprises. I also appreciated seeing what the Hot Shots and their families experience behind the scenes.

Good movie kept you engaged in it. The 3 year later at the end shouldn't have been in there because there was no point. It would have been better if you used actual footage from the public memorial. But I did like the picture with names at the end showing both the actor and the real person.
