Visuals were great. Story took too long. The first half of the movie could have been condensed.

The plot line and dialogue was at times lackluster. The acting was not believable. In addition, the romance aspect of the movie seemed forced and didn't add anything to the overall movie.

Cara is not an actress she is a model. Dane is not the best actor out there. The CGI was not very convincing. The story just felt really pointless. I did like how everything came together in the end but the buildup toward that moment was not good. The movie expects you to know what is happening and not enough explanation when into anything.

The effects and 3D action scenes were great. The plot was a bit predictable and the secondary love story was a distraction at times. Nice comedy scenes and a very interesting guest appearance. Best to see this film in IMAX 3D then 2D. However, it felt like something I could wait on Netflix for.
