AMERICAN SNIPER, director Clint Eastwood's new movie based on the true story of Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, who was proclaimed the most lethal sniper in U.S. military history, as he served his country in the Iraq war, fails to generate genuine human drama and emotion. Although well crafted and acted, AMERICAN SNIPER is as lethal as a pop gun.

Bradley Cooper was amazing and Clint Eastwood did an incredible job with the movie. I think the movie had mixed messages. I don't think Chris Kyle was a hero from what I saw in the movie. I'm unclear what the message was supposed to be... I guess besides telling the story.
