Great cgi, solid performance by Chalamet but the story is just plain boring. The book was interesting in its day but doesn’t translate well to the screen in this case.

An hour to long. Music was loud, but dialog was low and mumbled. Everyone i know complained that subtitles were needed for all dialog,

It’s boring from start to finish, they don’t give you a reason to care about any of the characters, and all the races and planet names are hard to remember. None of the designs are cool except for maybe Bautista. God awful, maybe this story just can’t be adapted to the big screen.

It was very slow and the characters didn’t seem like they had any personality. It was very dry.
