fairly predictable but enjoyable thriller. Black couple buys house from Dennis Quaid in Napa. Creepy old but hot guy does not want to let go, has eyes for wife. Muddled motives, movie flips stereotypes, where black family in jeopardy from white dude. I liked it.

I loved the suspense of it all I just wished at times Megan Good could have been smarter in certain situations.

It was a ok movie.
