Plot was extremely unclear, and the resolution did not match Jackie Chan's original intention for carrying out the bombings and threats.

It was a typical Jackie Chan movie only he is older. What disturbed me the most is that he had lived in England for over 18 or 19 years & yet he couldn't speak but 10 words in English. It would've been better if he said he just got off the boat.

I thought this movie was hugely disappointing. While Martin Cambell tries his best at trying to make a compelling story, the weakness in the script reek havoc on a very promising premise. The exposition in the first act (and throughout the film) was terrible, and took me out of the film multiple times. Jackie Chan (for his very little screen time) & Pierce Brosnan gave great performances, but they were completely overshadowed by the overwhelming amount of distracting and pointless subplots. Overall, I enjoyed whenever Jackie Chan did the "Jackie Chan" action scenes, but this movie (much like Chan does during a big stunt) fell flat on it's face. 4.5/10
