Excellent casting and soundtrack! Story follows the book closely. I will watch this film again.

Perfect actor choice for Nancy And Margaret The nostalgia was lovely. Reminds me of stories my mom used to tell me about her teen years & I could relate as well. My daughter & I really bonded chatting about how as a teenager she felt like the teens in this book /movie too. My husband got a few laughs. I just wish I read the book as a teenager. Lucky teens today get to see this film .

I've already suggested this movie to my friends with daughters or nieces. This was a great movie and now I'm looking for the book to read.

Loved this movie!! It was so well done, such great casting and accurate depiction of what it's like being a pre-teen girl. My only critique is it would've been great to see a redemption arch/reconciliation with Margaret/Nancy.
