Edee is deeply traumatized. The pain screaming inside has no outlet in the world she lived in before the trauma. She makes a choice, far more difficult than expected to continue to live bot completely on her own.\rThe character development, reveal is slow, painful. Edee allows some help, that character hears her and teaches within the limits Edee sets. She finds the strength she needs, she learns and comes to enjoy his visits.That he stops coming the cabin, pushes her to go find him. The pain and loss both have endured are revealed. Strong, worthwhile.\r
