I thought the non-linear story telling was an interesting technique.

Very good, however, they seem to blame her for the horrors that radiation caused...Hiroshima, Chernobyl, etc. It shows how good intentions can be used for evil. She tried to use her invention for good...x-ray machines.

It was interesting to see how bitter Marie became after her mother's passing. She carried that bitterness all the way through life and marriage. Women have been cheated out of success and accolades all through history. So her being on guard at every turn is quite understandable, since she must have feared that Pierre would be just like every other man.\rOverall I found the jumps to future uses of her work more distracting than interesting. I could have gone without. What I really didn't like was the main score. The sciency bubbly synthesizer sound during and after the movie was a bad choice.
