Dark. Strong. Extremely well acted and produced.

It was very intense. Joaquin Phoenix's performance is AMAZING. He makes you feel uncomfortable and sickened by the situation taking place. I will have to agree with criticism against the movie as the story is irresponsible and glorifies people with mental illness for not seeking the help they need.This plot was darker than it needed to be and the movie was also too long.

Great Film. Joaquin did an excellent job in portraying Arthur aka Joker. The film is very mature and is very serious. It would have been nice if the movie delved further into the Joker character after Arthur becomes the sinister and ruthless super-villian we all know in the previous Batman movies like the Dark Knight, but that could probably be another movie on it's own. Overall: 4/5
