I just saw RISEN. My expectations were high because the trailer looked really good. It did not disappoint. For years I have been asking the question: what happened to various people in the Bible that we never hear from again? Wondering how their encounter with Jesus changed their lives (like "extra scenes" on DVDs that tell "more of the story"). This movie answers that question! My review: it's exciting, dramatic, funny, and very moving! Do not be surprised if you leave inspired and changed!
