Endearing characters and overall production, though sometimes teetering on cloying. Reminded me a little of Pete Davidson's King of Staten Island, which I enjoyed. It can go very badly when someone plays themself in a movie based on their life (as Pete Davidson was doing too), but Rudy Mancuso and his real-life mother and girlfriend pulled it off.

Refreshing. From the trailer, I was expecting that Rudy Mancuso would use his unique ability of the musical "talent" to expand and create and have a huge success. However, the story of the whole movie was more of a romantic "comedy" of how he deal with a love triangle and eventually get out of it.

Rudy really needs a haircut, I hope that is not the latest hair style for young men.

It was a sweet, quirky movie. I really enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone.
