Great story; Excellent acting by Rosamund Pike; seemed a little disjointed at first by switching back and forth between different narratives, but I understand what film was trying to do by showing benefits and liabilities of radiation; excellent visuals, especially of "radiation" which was subtle, but visible to those who know about it; happy to see real life historical shots too. Overall highly recommend!

It has a lot of potential. It's a great story and I liked the links made between art and science, but the storyline needs some help. There were some transitions that could be smoother and I'm not sure that the affair after her husband's death was an important part of the story to be told. I like the storyline of the mother daughter relationships, but think there needs to be some attention on how or why the Hiroshima and Chernobyl content is repeated.

Interesting depiction of Madame Curie’s life and how her discoveries changed history.

I liked it generally as a movie. I was particularly pleased, if sad, to see how many barriers were faced by women in Science then. Too bad so many have remained,.
