The movie reminded me of Drag Me to Hell and the Ring. It was really fun and the premise wasn't so serious that it had to take itself too seriously. There were some good scares and a little body horror. Definitely a great date movie.

Scary. There are spots where you know the scare is coming

We were enjoying the movie very much but my daughter got really sick so we had to leave within the first 30 minutes. From what we watched, the movie was engaging, funny, creepy and scary. I wish we could have watched the whole thing.

This is a great PG-13 horror movie. The kills showed just enough. There was more self aware humor then I expected which I liked. I will recommend for people that want something to watch around Halloween. It had the typical dumb horror movie decisions but that is what makes these types of movies work. The cast did a great job with the material. I think adults and teens will enjoy Countdown. It really makes you think twice about the terms you agree to.
