Sweet, funny, poignant. Slow paced. Excellent job moving between the past and the present, and across countries. You’ll be glad you watched it.

Very genuine portrayal of the Japanese characters in the story. Interesting story line, made me wonder if the love story was based on a real experience. The setting of Hiroshima and the aftermath of the survivors, the recent pandemic, gave the film depth for those who knew survivors and lived through the Covid pandemic
