Liked the use of flash backs.

Screenplay was very strong. The story was real and believable. The casting was spot-on. Acting, across the board, was top-notch. The acting by Jim Broadbent was so good it seemed he was not acting at all. There were a lot of little questions left unanswered at the end, some of which developed for me the next day. But I don't need a movie to be all tied up with bows at the end. A tad too long.

Very good film. Great cast. The characters are mysterious and complex and multi-layered in varying degrees. In searching the truth of his past, the lead finds the truth of himself.
