Interesting movie depicting many differing point of view. How lives are shaped.

Moonlight is a beautifully harrowing story that represents an extremely marginalized group. As always, Mahershala Ali delivers a poignant performance as Juan, a catalyst for the main character's life. Trevante Rhodes is absolutely breathtaking. His performance is vulnerable in its honesty. I would highly recommend this movie as a raw, coming of age story. Thank you for having us as your guests.

Dealt with social issues with sensitivity. The acting was superb but I needed subtitles to catch all the dialogue. I was not familiar with the terminology used or the accents/slang which made it harder to follow the storyline. I would guess I am not in the targeted audience for this movie. I did love the camerawork with the exception of the handheld camera panning 360 degrees, I was too close.

Very eye opening. Wish there could have been a bit more resolution
