It was definitely a little depressing, but also kind of in the best way. Saoirse Ronan and Paul Mescal were amazing, and I was surprisingly entertained for a movie that took place in mostly 1 desolate setting with mostly just 3 characters. There were definitely some plot holes and confusing moments (why did the government representative have a British accent, why didn’t they send the AI Junior into space instead of the human one, how were they able to replicate people but change their desires), but overall it was a great movie and raised some important questions.

A solid sci-fi picture.

An interesting film looking into the future and how our Earth could end up. I feel like watching it again right away. Seeing it a second time would be a whole different experience knowing what we now know about who is who.

It kept you guessing and confused until the end. It was worth it.
