I thoroughly enjoyed it and was particularly excited having seen the stage production. I understand the necessity of the first 30 minutes of the film to set-up who the characters are; however, those 30 minutes felt like a slog as we waited for the characters to be together at the Hampton House. But that could've just been me knowing that the play starts after the Liston fight. I think the glory of "One Night in Miami..." is that the entire show takes place in real time on that one night. I really loved the ending montage during A Change is Gonna Come...just beautiful.

A really good adaptation of the original play. Great actors.

It was an excellent movie with a great cast. Regina King was a great choice for a director.

Well acted and presents an insightful and powerful interpretation of the racial climate in our country today.
