I'm not a sci-fi fan but it was fun and curious to see the next. Love the cast.

Atmospheric but very slow. 2.5 hours and Zendaya said 10 words. I like DV from Bladerunner but this was a bit boring.

Too much world-building to have the movie stand on its own. (The audacity) including Part One in the movie but not on any other trailers & posters. Had I known it was going to be a forced continuation movie I wouldve gone in w/ a different mindset. As it is, I dont appreciate HAVING to watch another movie or read a book to understand the story. DUNE (Part One) should have been self-contained.

The visuals and the storyline was really compelling, but it felt like the film ended prematurely before the story unfolded. The characters thus were not dynamic and fully developed. I would have loved the film more if it did not end so abruptly and prematurely.
