It was enjoyable. Didn't have high hopes going in but turned out better than expected.

Good movie but it felt like a movie destined for a sequel which it might not get.

I am not familiar with the source material, so maybe this movie wasn't for me, but I thought the movie was just OK and entertaining enough. However if you are considering seeing this movie, don't wait for it to come out on-demand. This is one of those movies with the visual effects that you must see in 3D on the big screen.
