The movie itself is fun, the audio track had issues in its selection and i found the excessively loud humming noise used throughout the movie as a distasteful detractor. The cast was fantastic, but… i don’t like that the movie didn’t have an end. Knowing this film is going to hbo max i don’t see much future for a sequel so i feel like i wasted 2.5 hours watching it since there won’t be a part 2

The story was very slow for me, it was almost three hours just for it to have a part 2. Really wished it could've fit into one. A lot of confusing moments. The casting was amazing.

Great story, a phenomenal cast, nice visuals and effects, and I look fwd to seeing the sequel. The only negatives I would say are it dragged for a good part of the beginning and some of the sound effects were a bit much. I've never seen the trailer or read the book but I would have liked to have more background info about the mother and seen more of a spark between the main character & the girl.

Dune was great! Eager for Part 2!
