Good movie. Would have been better if the COVID part of the plot was eliminated. Totally implossible the Kristopher could have traveled to Japan during this time period.

I loved the story in the film. It reminded me of a personal experience. The acting is excellent. I found the present and past scenes at the beginning of the film a bit excessive. Also, it would have been better to have chosen an older actor with an accurate resemblance to the young Kristofer. Young Kristofer was tall, thin and had straight hair. It's hard to believe that somebody's hair will turn thick and curly as he ages. Otherwise the film is well done, well acted, charming and pleasant to watch.

Multiple themes within the story. It starts slowly building then starts to drag. Just as you are about to discount the movie things pick back up. It is worth it. A good plot.

Very slow movie. It was touching, and had a great story, but it was very slow getting to it's point.
