I like the movie but I would’ve changed the ending into a more realistic one

The movie was great and very close to the book

Acting was amazing, could have touched upon a little more on certain ideas but over all, amazing film

This film creates an excellent opportunity to open the eyes of someone blinded by their own privilege. Yes, a few scenes seem to be slaves to plot progression and very few character arcs are completed. But, that’s simply art imitating life. The films title dialogue “THUGLIFE” was so clever and introspective its now stuck in my head. The acting was really good. Especially Amandla, she is special.
