Could have been much better. Something about the ending didn't feel right. I understand the message about how things were like in the past. Acting was fantastic (Denzel Viola are a power team) but I was disappointed.

I didn't like it. Boring. Slow. Such big names playing the 2 main characters didn't do enough to bring it up to the level of 'interesting'.

An excellent version of the Pulitzer Prize play which I saw previously twice on Bway in 1987and 2010 with outstanding acting from Denzel its director & star and especially Viola Daviswho should win the Best Supp Actress Oscar.

Wish I. Could do a review. After driving 40 minutes and standing on line for 2 hrs, the movie never played. We could't wait until the staff got it working or even tell us what was wrong. Went home very very disappointed. Thanks for the opportunity though.
