This movie surprised me in the sense that the way most trailers are today, they give away too much of the movie before you see it. Here the movie was much more than the trailer let on. It wasn't just another war movie, it was profoundly deeper in its exposition of the effect the stress of war can have on an individual, the people around him and the world at large. Bradley Cooper at his best.

Great movie keep them comming

I really liked the film up to the last 2 minutes. It wasn't as "preachy" as some Eastwood films have been. I have a son in law who served at about the same time line as the show and that was an eye opener. I appreciated that the first sniper victims were the child and his mother. You have to wrestle with the morality and reality from the start. I still am.
