What a great movie!!!! The story of a man and his love of God....love for his fellow man.... his love for a woman. WR is brutal in any case but they truly were the greatest generation

I hate war movies this was so much more then a war movie I did every emotion in this movie I laughed and cried and jumped I really set on the edge of my seat I fell in love with the story behind hacksaw ridge and the actors were amazing. There was not one bit of this movie I didn't enjoy. It has everything war, love story, true friendships, death, family dynamics, best movie this year.

Hacksaw ridge is an inspiring movie. The beginning seems to be pretty slow moving, but it is solidifying the endearing qualities of Desmond Doss that movie-goers fall in love with. Mel Gibson did a great job incorporating the realisms of war without introducing too much profanity. The best part of the movie was the ending with the real-life interviews. I may have even shed a tear or two.

One of the best "true story" movies I've ever seen. You could really feel for Doss and his convictions. The action filming, graphics and editing were outstanding!Your gofobo representative however was obviously not happy about being there (perhaps there was an "incident" earlier that I was not aware of) but we had to ask what theater the movie was being shown in and her reply was not friendly.
