very entertaining, definitely would recommend for a date night movie.

The movie had quite a few good scares and kept us interested. It was a back to basics film. Didn't need blood and guts to get a good scare. I thought the film itself was beautifully done. Set and room designs were spot on. I truly enjoy this franchise.

The movie was slow at parts but after you realize that it was intended that way. Also, although it didn't bother me, it was overly gory at times when it wasn't truly necessary which could turn some people off. I also loved how they tied in other movies together. I've seen them all so I knew, but the story still made sense for those who had not. Overall, I thought it was great!
