Good although very convoluted at times. Casting was spot on, visually stunning, but a bit too long.

Although it has some of the best special effects I have seen in a movie in recent years, it feels a bit too half complete for me to be satisfied. I can only really recommend it for visual spectacle or if there is a Part 2 coming out.

Lovely beautiful movie but the sound mixing was not good. I did not appreciate how booming the music was in comparison to the speaking and often the levels of sound were uncomfortable. I am not sure if this was an issue with the specific theatre I went to or the actual film, but the sound was the biggest problem for me. Reminded me of some other white savior movie..dances with wolves? avatar?

Dune, was a good movie. I loved the characters and the graphics were amazing. However, at first it was hard to understand what the movie was about. I would recommend this movie to anyone who has read the books.
