The movie was great and definitely Oscar worthy performances by Jamie Foxx and Michael B. Jordan. It shows the struggles of black men in Alabama on death row and those who were put there because of just the way they look. Walter McMillan's story is very compelling and his attorney Bryan Stevenson was a determined young lawyer who cared about his clients and did all he could to show they deserved M

The movie overall was great! It was definitely filled with a lot of emotion and took everyone back to a time period that was unfavorable for African Americans in the South. I thought Michael Jordan, Jamie Foxx, and Tim Blake Nelson all did an awesome job portraying their characters, making you feel as if you were not even watching them act.

Excellent movie, It was powerful and emotional. This was really well directed and the acting was amazing.
