Enjoyed the movie

I will be giving it a 4/12 in our blog www.thegby.com. I thought this was a powerful and emotionally evocative film. The acting was well done and the story is very important - we need to get past our differences (which often are just on the surface) and focus on common goals, also that education is actually the great divider. I hope this movie goes to a wider release than just the art houses. The larger theater chains all seem to show the same movies (I have 3 close to my home) I think a movie like this would get more play if only to break up the monotony of the other theaters. Plus sometimes you've already seen everything so why not.

The acting is great, and the results of the activism is progress. It is much better than A.O.Scott's review.

It was very good and well done. I also liked that it was based on a true story and I learned about it. It's also nice to see how something awful in the end turned into something better for mankind.
