It was a good movie. The kids enjoyed it.

It's an interesting attempt at a new take w/ Spiderman. Not the best one, however. As a superhero fan, I've seen better, including animated stories. I'm sure kids and some adults will like it.

This movie is more of a 2.5 star....dead average. It wasn't great and it wasn't bad. I enjoyed the characters and the story. The reason why I can't rate this film of a higher caliber is due to the animation. The swirling colors....constant flashing lights was over the top. This move could have easily been created without the light and color blasts. In addition to these two issues, the picture itself had a blurry imaging problem. I felt like I was watching a 3D movie without the glasses.

I would recommend it for anyone who is really into Spider-Man in general but for the most part I would say it would be best for kids. It was like watching a comic book or graphic novel on a big screen. It wasn't bad for an animated film. But I don't think I would see it again. My son who went with me said " It was better than I thought it was going to be " But before it star The said it wasn't going to be very good. So there you have it 2 reviews in 1. If you wanted a comic book feel Great!
