It was actually an ok movie. I liked that the movie was unpredictable and I enjoyed the action. However, it started off slow and took too long to get to the action. I also didn’t like the scene cuts ie. Room 4, Room 7 etc...

Movie was slow, hard to follow and was not interesting enough to keep my interest.

Very hard to place what genre category of movie this falls into. Very hard to understand what to expect. Story line seemed scattered with to many back story’s that were open ended. However, Cast was amazing! Singer was outstanding.

Despite not giving it a favorable rating, I would still recommend Bad Times at the El Royale because of its interesting story, exceptional cinematography and strong performances from its actors. However, where it completely undermines all of those positive things is in its pacing and choice to linger too long with unnecessary scenes.
