Great feel good movie. Showing the passionate love the parents was a great. My two favorite scenes were the silence during her performance, it was a stark reminder of what deaf people face everyday. The frustration of the brother trying to show his competence to live in the hearing world was great as well. I would highly recommend this movie of fulfilling dreams.

Best movie I have seen so far this year.

A delightfully entertaining film - it's funny AND it'll make you cry. It illuminates the plight of the hearing impaired as well as that of children of deaf adults (CODA). One should leave with at least a bit more compassion and sensitivity, and a better understanding of others' challenges. Music is such a huge part of my own life, I have often thought of what life would be like if I couldn't hear.
