I felt that this film followed the typical Stephen Spielberg-type heroes journey 1985 format. I kept thinking to myself that this movie has Spielbergs dna written all over it, without even knowing that he was a Executive Producer of this film. I feel that his format is quite outdated. The movie was better than the transformer movies featuring Wahlberg, but not by much.

The movie touches upon a very serious issue of teenage depression. The theme develops the idea that depression can be conquered by something so unexpected so never give up hope.

You had a lot of chutzpah. I was near the front of the of those with screening passes with several hundred people behind me. After waiting 2-1/2 hrs we learn that there was a list of 300 VIP names for a theatre with only 291 seats!!! AMC decided not to open up another theatre and hundreds of people were told to go home.
