The movie felt more of a stage play. However, the message was well received.

Good movie, but had way too much dialog and a loose plot line.

Great acting. However, the film was a play lifted to the scree. Didn't take advantage of the medium. Denzel should not have directed. For example, rushed all dialogue in beginning - a different director would have caught it. All in all, this film I was very much looking forward to was good, but disappointing.

It is slow moving and predictable but the acting is good. The movie is two hours and twenty minutes. I think it would have been much better if they would have made it about thirty to forty five minutes shorter.
