Pleasant. Good acting. Good family movie. #girlpower

I really enjoyed the movie. It stirred up a lot of memories, that I didn't even realize I had, from reading the book as a child. It had moments of heartbreak, joy, and humor.

This was definitely a modern retelling of the story. While part of me still longed for the 90's version, I did truly enjoy the movie and the way the story was told. The bond and love between the sisters is center stage with pretty much all of the love stories taking a back seat.

Well done! very enjoyable.
